Procedures • Arrival: 8:55 • Either bus loop or car loop • For the first week, students were escorted to and from the correct area • Dismissal: 3:35, process starts at 3:25 (safeties) • Classroom Snacks: Please send a healthy, small, peanut-free snack
Other Important Info. • Please keep Mrs. Thomas, Woodland’s nurse, of any medical concerns. • Check your child’s book bag/homework folder nightly. • Most information will be posted on Woodland’s web page. We are trying to go green so less paper will be coming home.
Home and School • I encourage you to participate in the organization and/or the activities. • IPads available now for you to sign up for Konstella • Many activities throughout the year • A way to meet new families • Please visit the Methacton web page to get your clearances. You will need current clearances to be a regular volunteer.

Safety is Our Priority • Car line procedures • Clearances • Signing in at the office whenever you come to the building • Have your license or photo ID at all times • Fire Drills/ Other Safety Drills
Student Absence • To report your child absent from school, please call the appropriate phone number below and leave a message. If no message is left, and your student is not present, a call will be placed to a parent or guardian to determine why the student is not in school. You may call the night before, or in the morning, preferably before 9 a.m. (elementary parents - after 9 a.m., call the main office) • (610) 831-5323
