Hardware Update • In-Out Box Solution • Fire-wire card/DV deck installed and working • Video can be captured from deck with existing Roxio Media Capture software on computer very easily!!!!! • Roxio Media Software costs $70 for consumers • Adobe Premier will be installed tomorrow • Will be used for editing purposes • Titles • Clipping • Credits • Etc.

Comments on Meeting • Notes Given by Them to Me: • Out of the office for major trade show April 15th to April 22nd • Field Trip to Avid headquarters in Massachusetts could be arranged for AMCOM crew • Would Avid pay for it? • Personal Notes: • Proprietary format for storage and viewing files via web browser • Necessary to purchase client licenses • Meets all qualifications set out by AMCOM other than totally open architecture • Media Manager could replace Bill’s software if it is able to be customized to fit needs • Need to arrange meeting for George and Richard • Richard needs to be brought in to see the storage equipment • Demo will be arranged at Belmont • May be able to get demo equipment for design day

Pre-Test Update • Avid makes software for content management & workflow • Easily customizable options using java • Jon is going to investigate this more tomorrow • Ryan has been calling & e-mailing George • George has sent a word document listing some data fields • George has not done anything new since e-mailing the word document • He wants Ryan to e-mail the document back so he can add to it • Ryan is going to stress getting workflow information
