  3. Problem To little physical exercise The body is not in shape Wish more surplus Over all a wish to be in better shape, physically and psychically Goal Start exercise twice a week in addition to bike to and from the school Increase to 3-4 times after a while Improvement area:Physical exercise

Lessons learned • Physical exercise is free of charge • Jogging shoes is the only need • Tiredness and motivation are the main causes not to exercise • More difficult to start when I delay the problem • I have always time for exercise - it is about priority • Important to make realistic goals and increase the demands when goals are achieved!

  27. Result • Time spent together every week comes to around 32 hours • Time together have different qualities: householdwork, meals, friends, activity with family etc • Necessary to find more ”quality-time” with husband

  28. Suggestions for improvement without taking away hobbies • Get help with cleaning • Stop watching television (=TV) • Have more meals together, for instance try to have breakfast together • New PDSA-cycle includes testing of new ideas
