  1. Socorro Independent School District Post Report Cards Tyler SIS Online Tutorial

  2. Log In • Log in to Tyler SIS and Select a Class to Post to Report Card • Make Sure you are in the Grades Tab • Click Post

  3. Select Marking Period • This page will appear • Select the marking period by clicking in the radio button for MP1

  4. Submit • Once you select the radio button, click Submit

  5. Comments • The grades for MP1 will appear in the gray area for each student • Click the page icon next to MP1 to add comments

  6. Select the comment you want to use by clicking on the comment

  7. The comments will appear in the box titled Comments to assign

  8. Citizenship • Select yellow icon next to the MP1 column

  9. Hover over the white box next to the word citizenship • You will see the behavior marks

  10. Enter citizenship for each student

  11. Enter Submit • Click Close

  12. Click Actions and Save Changes • Then click Post to Academic History

  13. Academic History • The message on your screen highlighted in yellow will state: The grades in the grid were posted to Academic History on 8/27/2013 … If you select the Save Changes action this will unpost any unlocked grading slots from Academic History and they will not display on the report card. You will need to post the grades to academic history again in order for them to display on the report card.

  14. Reports • If you would like to print the grades you posted to the Academic History, select the Reports tab and click on Grade Book

  15. Select the Grading Slot for the marking period you would like to see in the report • Select the dates for the marking period • Click Run Report

  16. The Report will load at the bottom of your screen

  17. Export the Report • Once the report populates on your screen, you can export to Excel or PDF
