With around 6,000 staff and nearly 2,500 partners and lawyers, the project began in October 2000 following key mergers. Challenges included managing technology across different systems and time zones and addressing varying communication styles and cultural differences. Attendees will learn planning strategies, common pitfalls to avoid, and essential steps for successful implementation.
