2009 CMOQ Ministry Scheduling System Tutorial/Awareness

The new CMQ online scheduling system, known as Ministry Scheduling Pro (MSP), is designed to simplify scheduling for all CMQ ministers and volunteers. Supported by Tony Unitas as the acting administrator until the Youth Technology group establishes a Help Desk, users can set preferences for service times, view rosters, and request swaps easily. Following a gradual roll-out, all ministers receive necessary login details via email.   3. The CMOQ Scheduling System • Simple Minister/user website interface • You determine your: • Preferred service times • Can’t serve times • Special preferences, i.e., family grouping, teams • Change it anytime

Email Reminders • You will receive email reminders a few days before you are scheduled for the upcoming weekend • It will contain • Your Ministry • Service time and a link to request a swap if you can’t serve • Your preferences in the system • Your login information • Your Ministry Head contact information • Technical support contact
