Scope of the Program • The America’s Schools Program is the only nationally empowered program of its kind • Over 65 percent of the student/school population in the U.S., are in the process of launching the America’s Schools Program. The remaining States will launch the America’s School Program over the next 12 months. • The seventeen States actively involved in the America’s Schools Program are: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, and Texas. • State school boards associations have signed long-term commitments with ISLC/ America’s School Program to exclusively manage the launch of this first ever, national licensing and corporate partner program for our schools. The States are behind this Program • Executive Directors of the state school boards associations ofeach participating State are fully behind the America’s Schools Program • The “America’s Schools National Business and Licensing Board” is in place to negotiate contracts with Corporate America. • The “America’s Schools National Business and Licensing Board” meets three timesa year and as required to negotiate and approve contracts. What is International Schools Licensing Corporation (ISLC)? • ISLC created the America’s Schools Program in conjunction with state school boards associations. • ISLC is the exclusive administrator and licensing agent of the America’s Schools Program for public education. • ISLC has invested more than $3 millionand four years of effort to develop national support for the America’s Schools Program. • ISLC is responsible for tailoring marketing programs for companies that want the benefits of an exclusive licensing and/or corporate partnership with the America’s Schools Program andour nation’s schools. Typical Agreement • Entering into a corporate partner agreement with the America's Schools Program is a mutual commitment between you, the nation’s state school boards associations, ISLC and individual school districts. • A corporate partner agreement will allow you to use the ASP Symbol on all of your promotional and advertising material, exclusively in your category. • General terms include… • A three-year agreement. • A mutually agreed minimum guarantee per year/ state. • A simple royalty based on increase in number of participating school districts. • Exclusivity as”Official Category Partner of theAmerica’s Schools Program”. • Participation in ISLC marketing programs and cross promotional events.
