  1. Northern blot analysis of MusaSAP1 L R P MusaSAP1 Northern blot analysis of MusaSAP1 gene in banana cv. Karibale Monthan. Total RNA (~5 μg) isolated from leaves (L), roots (R) and pseudostem (P) was electrophoresed on 1.2 % (w/v) FA-MOPS agarose gel and then capillary transferred, immobilized and filter hybridized with DIG-labeled DNA probes against MusaSAP1 cDNA 5’ 220 bp sequence. Chemiluminenscent signals were analysed by chemi-enabled gel documentation system. Supplementary file 5
