Mercer UniversityAthletic Director Jim Cole A native of Augusta, GA Cole lettered in baseball at Mercer University from 1990 to 1993. Cole was drafted as a pitcher by the Milwaukee Brewers in 1993. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Chamber of Commerce. Under Gov. Sonny Perdue he served in the Georgia Legislature and was the Governor's floor leader. Cole is an active community leader throughout the state of Georgia.
