    3. Page 3 More Information About The Survey Report This survey report provides the graphics, not the commentary from the surveys. Evangelists who want further data from the survey report can contact the Office of the Presiding Evangelist. Where information is missing in a graphic, in a preceding slide information is provided to complete the missing information. We acknowledge that some questions and instructions in the survey were awkward and difficult to answer. Thus the graphics for those questions are difficult to interpret (E.g. page 7 of this report). We do not need any critique of the questions. The purposes of this report is to give evangelists the basic information from the survey and to invite evangelists to share suggested topics, areas, and questions for future surveys.

Page 24 Regard the following slide: “If you have shared the Sacrament of Evangelist blessing, please indicate your method of giving the blessing (check all that apply).” I record the blessing, then transcribe to paper and edit later I write the blessing ahead of time and read from it as I lay my hands on the candidate’s head for blessing I take notes into the session for reference should I feel a need to refer to them during the prayer I write out the blessing or take notes ahead of time, but leave them at home during the recording and delivery of the message, and incorporate elements into the final written blessing if I feel led to in the transcription and editing process I use a speech recognition software (such as Dragon Naturally Speaking) to create computer documents without typing
