  3. What are “Reports” in CROWNWeb • CROWNWeb’s reporting abilities allow users and Network people to quickly viewthe status of the system: • Patients • Facilities • Staff • Actions

  4. What’s Needed to View Reports • Reporting “work” is done on the CROWNWebserver using Cognos Viewer. • Facility computer requirements are minimal. • Internet Explorer 6.0 • Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0

  5. Alpha 3 Reporting What’s available right now, in version Alpha 3? • Facility and Personnel Report • Patient Roster Report • Audit Forms Report • Audit Additions Report • Audit Deletions Report

Alpha 3 Report Detail • Patient Reports • Patient Roster Reports – A list of all patients currently admitted to a facility • Facility • Facility and Personnel Reports – A detailed report on the facility (address, hours, contact info) and a list of staff currently employed at the facility • EDI • EDI Data Submit Reports – What data was submitted via EDI, and was it successfully received? • Audit • Track actions for Forms, Additions, and Deletions in CROWNWeb
