To help maintain consistency, please refrain from changing the background colour. Do not add any other versions of the university’s logo to the slides The ‘footer graphic’ has been created to run OVER or ON TOP of any other graphic elements on the page such as photographs. Please do not allow text to touch or run over or under the footer graphic. To place a picture from your computer onto a slide and have the footer run on top of it please follow these instructions: Insert picture from file. Once you locate the picture on your harddrive and open it will appear on the slide. Next, right-click on the picture, scroll down to the menu item called ‘order’ and select ‘send to back’. This will allow the wave of the footer graphic to stand out when photographs are used on slides. Please find some photographs on the following slides that you may use for you presentations.
