What students want from their teachers?. 1. To be patient. We all know that children can be quite insistent sometimes. A good teacher needs to be patient and polite . 2. To listen to us . . Even if the y are not interested in the topic, they can at least pretend listen ing to us .

1. To be patient. We all know that children can be quite insistent sometimes. A good teacher needs to be patient and polite.
2. To listen to us. • Even if they are not interested in the topic, they can at least pretend listening to us
3.To smile. • Of course, everyone has bad days, but it would be very nice if they greet us with a smile.
4. Allow us to ask questions. • Being older, our teachers can answer many different questions, of course if they want to.
5. To keep their promises. • If they have promised to play a game or watch a movie, they have tofulfill it.
6. To encourage us. • If we've done well, we want to hear it and be shown that someone appreciates what we have done.
7. To have a sense of humor. • Not everyone can be funny, but a good joke always jollifies everybody.
8. To know where the line is. • We want our teachers to be our friends too, but after all they are our teachers- people we have to respect.
