  2. AEROBIC POWER Aerobic power is where you keep the oxygen spreading throughout the body when you are exercising for a long period of time. NEEDED FOR WHAT SPORTS: marathon running

  3. SPEED The ability which your body parts start immediately in a quick motion. NEEDED IN WHAT SPORTS: Sprints like 100 meters

  4. MUSCULAR ENDURANCE To keep all body parts working together for a long period of time and oxygen to all parts. NEEDED IN WHAT SPORTS: kayaking of whit water rafting or even marathon running.

  5. AGILITY It is the ability to swiftly change position. NEEDED IN WHAT SPORTS: surfing, shuttle running or paddle surfing

  6. BALANCE To be able to keep a still body in a particular stance. NEEDED IN WHAT SPORTS: gymnastics

  7. MUSCULAR POWER Muscles ability to form a quick explosive effort. NEEDED IN WHAT SPORTS: baseball or cricket

  8. FLEXIBILITY The range motion of your joints. NEEDED IN WHAT SPORTS: gymnastics

  9. MUSCULAR STRENGTH The force of a muscle or a group of muscles exerting from a single maximal contraction. NEEDED IN WHAT SPORTS: weight lifting

  10. CO-ORDINATION It is all your body parts working together. NEEDED IN WHAT SPORTS: tennis or basketball.

MY SPORTING EFFORTSshould be at achieved Beep test- level 10.6 experiencing Sit & reach- 5 cm working to Vertical jump- 35cm experiencing 50meter sprint- 8.19 seconds experiencing Push ups- 17 push ups in thirty seconds experiencing Sit ups- 32 in thirty seconds experiencing Hand grip strength- 29 achievement Basketball throw- 6.25 meters experiencing Stork stand- 16 seconds working to Shuttle run- 11.26seconds experiencing Hand wall toss- 28 catches experiencing 1.6km run-6.59minutes experiencing
