Metronidazole, Clotrimazole and Nystatinمیترانیدازول،کلوتریمازول ونیستاتین • Mechanism of Action • Metronidazole - interferes with protein synthesis of the yeast. • Clotrimazole – interferes with cell membrane synthesis of the yeast. • Nystatin – Degrades the cell wall of the yeast. • Indication (Uses) • Used to treat vaginal yeast infections. میکانیزم تاثیر: میترانیدازول –درسنتیزی پروتین حجره مداخله مینماید . کلورتریمازول ـدرسنتیزی غشایی حجروی فنګس ها مداخله مینماید. نیستاتین ـدیوار حجروی فنګس را نازک میسازد استطباب یا استفاده: برای تداوی انتانات فنګسی استفاده میباشد.

13. Hormones of the female genital system هورمون های سیستم تناسلی خانم ها Ovaries Produce estrogen, which promotes the development of female sex characteristics and controls the menstrual cycle. Also produces progesterone, which controls development of the endometrium (layer of tissue/blood lining the inside the uterus which supports a growing fetus and is shed during menstruation). تخمدان ها: • تولید استروجنَ، که این هورمون خصوصیات مونث را بیشترانکشاف میدهد وسیکل تحیض را کنترول مینماید. • همچنان پروجسترون را تولید مینماید، که این هورمون اندومیترویوم را انکشاف وکنترول مینماید(طبقه نسجی/ خون که طرف داخلی رحم را استر وانکشاف جنین را تقویه مینماید وسبب جاری شدن خون در زمان تحیض میشود)

Noethisterone and Progesteroneنیوتیستیرون وپروجسترون • Mechanism of Action • Both are synthetic forms of the naturally occuring hormone progesterone. • Indications (Use) • Abnormal menstrual symptoms (very heavy bleeding, severe pain etc.). • Can be used in the treatment of infertility. • It is used to stop endometrial changes in women after menopause, who are getting estrogen therapy. میکانیزم تاثیر: هردوی شان شکل ترکیبی طبیعی هورمون پروجسترون میباشد. استطبابات یا استفاده: برای اعراض غیرنارمل تحیض (خونریزی شدید،درد شدیدوغیره)، میتوان برای تداوی عقامت استفاده شده میتواند. برای توقف تغیرات اندومیتریوم در خانم ها بعد از مینوپاز استفاده میشود،کسانیکه تحت تداوی استروجن میباشد.

This means that a person is having to urinate more frequently than normal to the point that it interrupts their ability to function. • Side Effects • Headache. • •Feeling sleepy. • •Dizziness. • •Blurred eyesight. • •Dry mouth. • •Upset stomach.

What is benign prostatic hypertrophy? هایپرتروفی سلیم پروستات چیست؟ هایپرتروفی سلیم پروستات( (BPH عبارت از بزرګ شدن پروستات میباشد. پروستات یک غده است که احلیل را احاطه کرده است (تیوب یا مجرایی که ادرار را از مثانه به اله تناسلی انتقال میدهد). اعراض اش عبارت است از: ادرار مکرر ،خاصتا در زمان شب، داشتن مشکلات در شروع ادرار (به این معنی که شما ممکن انتظار یا اینکه درد را تحمل نماید تا زمانیکه ادرار بیرون میشود) جریان یا تراوش ادرار شما ضعیف میباشدیا بشکل قطره قطره ادرار میایدَباوجود که شما ادرار کرد اید احساس مثانه خالی را نمی نماید. • Benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH) is an enlarged prostate. • The prostate is a gland that surrounds the urethra (the tube that carries urine from the bladder out through the penis). • Symptoms include: • Needing to urinate often, especially at night • Having trouble starting to urinate (this means that you might have to wait or strain before urine will come out) • Having a weak urine stream • Leaking or dribbling urine • Feeling as though your bladder is not empty even after you urinate
