Join us at the Health Fair for Medicare Beneficiaries hosted by University of the Pacific's Student Pharmacists. Our event offers potential savings on Medicare Part D plans, medication reviews, immunizations, health screenings (blood pressure, bone density, cholesterol, blood sugar), and more! Date: Saturday, November 12th, Time: 11:15 am - 6 pm, Location: Seven Trees Community Center, San Jose, CA 95111. Appointments preferred.
