Methodology • Internal evaluation IE by peer learning quality managementPLQM • strategy foreseeing to help the coordinator and all the partners to keep quality in developingnational fora, which is aimed to increase efficacy and efficiency of lifelong guidance provision in EU according to the Lisbon resolution and other relevant regulations and declarations of the European Commission

Methodology cont. • PLQM is focused on the all activities in the project sins very beginning • PLQM develops relevant tools, which will be applied in the evaluative procedures like questionnaire, evaluation sheets, quality assessment kit, etc. • PLQM will provide reliable information to the coordinator and all the partners after each evaluation step • PLQM will summarize the partial evaluations done by partners and relevant participants of the project

Methodology cont. • After the Start up Meeting in Kraków the specially designed questionnaire was send to all the partners in order to gather their opinions • The questionnaire was focused onto two main issues: • 1. the project in formal and merit sense • 2. the project in the wider context of Education and Training 2010 work programme focusing contents, goals and outputs to be reach

The questionnaire • Evaluation was made on two parallel scales: • of importance spread from 0: Not important till 6: Very important • of satisfaction spread from 0: Not satisfied till 6: Very satisfied, accordingly • Those two scales were used to prepare the evaluation matrix, which in the context of PLQM could be seen as decision-making matrix towards the excellence in project realization

Chosen aspects of Forum activities Evaluation Policies and programmes for lifelong guidance are formulated and implemented through ministries, users, social partners, service providers, employment services, education and training institutions, guidance practitioners, parents, and youth participation in a national forum for guidance VI_VS The relevant outputs of the Commission’s Expert Group are disseminated through relevant networks of policymakers such as European network of national guidance fora VI_A

Initiatives undertaken at national level to promote cooperation and coordination among founders/ministries and other stakeholders within the context of the establishment of national forum for guidance VI_A Use of European network of national guidance fora for peer review and collaborative learning and improvement of national guidance provision in education, training and employment sectors VI_S

It emerged as such in the 7th century BCE and maintained this position well into the Imperial period, when it was reduced to a monumental area. • It was mostly abandoned at the end of the 4th century
