U.S. RELATIONS • Positive relationship between Argentina and the US • Both share the same sides of many problems (drug trafficking, human trafficking, and terrorism) • Argentina is part of a group of nations called 3 plus 1, which includes Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, and the US, that focuses on counterterrorism. • In 2007 Argentina and the US agreed to increase the flight frequencies between the two countries to increase tourism and business opportunities.
