Process. Epoxy adhesion to control the sensing area over night. Wash by DI water. Dry by N 2 (g). Dip 3ml 1N NaOH for 10min. Dry by N 2 (g). Dip 3ml prepared solution for 50min. at 37-38℃. Dip 3ml 1N HCl for 10min. Wash by DI water. Dry by N 2 (g). Dry by N 2 (g). Scan CV (bare Au).
