  1. PNET COSTALNiña de 2 años con pérdida de fuerza en MMII, dolor de espalda, fiebre, tos ronca y afonía. Rx tórax con masa en hemitórax superior D con colapso del LSD. Lesión insuflante en arco posterior de 2ª costilla. Se observa origen en pared torácica y extensión hasta región subcarinal con desplazamiento y disminución de la vía aérea. Densidad heterogénea y calcificaciones. Penetra en los agujeros de conjunción provocando desplazamiento anterolateral izquierdo de la médula
