  2. The Clubs Based on the business-contributed month on month, an Advisor’s career path in SUMMIT follows the various Club titles given below: Business eligibility: Motor - OD only from Oct’11. Other products - Net booked premium

  3. Business Plan Retail Health(Only on New cases) , Retail Travel, Workman Compensation , Group Personal Accident premium will be given a double weight age

  4. Club Benefits Club Stationery: Business organizer, Envelope, Visiting Card and letter head

  5. Club Criteria • This is only for Licensed Advisors • LR needs to be less than 70% • Cheque Bounce Should be Less than 5% • Minimum Retention for motor 65% and Health 90% • Double Credit for Retail Health (Only for Fresh Cases), WC, GPA & Travel • 1.5 times credit on CV OD premium from Oct’11 • Entry to CEO, Platinum, Gold and Silver Club Will be every Quarter End • Entry for Marketing Support will be Quarterly and Exit Half yearly • Eligibility Re-evaluation will happen twice in a year. First will be at the end of H1 ( Average of Q1+ Q2) and Second will be H2 (Average of Q3+Q4)

Club Criteria • For International Conference CEO/ Platinum/ Gold advisors needs to upgrade or Maintain the club Status for the entire year • No Additional Tickets for International conference if up gradation in club status takes place (H1 over H2) • List for Eligible club members for absorption to ICICI Lombard payrolls will be finalised post H2 results subject to assessment through personal interviews and advisors must be associated with Club Membership for more than a year prior to evaluation • Personal Accident Sum Insured: CEO-Rs 15 L, Platinum-10L and Gold- 5L on Club Status of FY 11-12.

  7. Club Criteria • *CEO Club members will be accompanied by two Companion ( Next of Kin) and Platinum Club Members will be accompanied by One Companion ( Next of Kin) for International Conference • ** Top 100 Silver advisors pan india will be eligible for National Conference
