  2. 2010 Substation construction and feeder work • Darboy Substation – Town of Harrison, CTH N, south of CTH KK - 34.5kV to 12kV substation built on existing company owned parcel - 25MVA transformer, 4 feeder exits - serves continuing residential growth and increasing commercial development in area - Enclosed, “cabinet” style construction minimizes overhead steel with shorter profile - Enhanced landscape plan at town request - Construction started - Complete by late fall, 2010

  6. 2010 Substation construction and feeder work • Pearl Street Substation – CTH G, City of Seymour - Retiring 2 existing 4kV substations - New 12kV substation will allow bridging to Seymour and eliminate electric “island” - Provides for future growth and enhanced reliability

  7. 2010 Fox Valley projects – Electric Cable replacements • Replacing aging underground cable on an annual, planned basis • 24 projects for 2010 – Grand Chute to Green Valley • Working with affected customers and communities to minimize impacts • Will improve reliability in these areas

  9. 2010 Fox Valley projects – Electric Forestry • Construction related – Seymour, Freedom/Center Valley areas – 58 miles • Reliability related – Greenville and west Appleton areas – 20 miles • Maintenance related – STH 47 - Black Creek to Bonduel, Various areas – 154 miles

  12. 2010 Fox Valley projects Taken together – the preceding represents an investment in excess of $ 10 million dollars in utility infrastructure for the Fox Valley area in 2010. This investment enhances gas and electric reliability and safety while providing the basic utility services necessary to support the continued economic vitality of our area.
