  2. Welcome • July 12 -16th 2010 • Amanda Community • Set-up July 11th • Pre-K – K • 1st – 6th graders • Jr. High • Free meal each night • Budget?

  3. Where? • UMC – Meal and Pre-K through Kindergarten • Frontline – Following meal, 1st grade and up transported by bus to Frontline for music, Bible lesson, games, crafts. Return to UMC for pick-up.

  4. When? • Monday, July 12th, through Friday, July 16th. • Dinner at 6p.m. (UMC) • Registration opening at 5:30p.m. (UMC) • End/Pick-up at 8p.m. (UMC)

  5. WE NEED YOU! • Promotions • Decorations • Volunteers • Registration • Name tags • Crafts (Pre-K & 1st-6th) • Snacks (Pre-K) • Meals • Music • Bible lessons • Games

  6. Promotions • Save the date cards or Invitations out by April 1st. • Posters, flyers, and signs up and out by June 8th. • T-shirts? • Video clips and skits at churches May/June

  7. Decorations • Lead team • DVD to guide • Decorate UMC and Frontline • Budget

  8. Volunteers • Recruit volunteers • Representative from each church • Volunteers to help one or more nights. • Food prep, cleaning, small group leaders, registration, supervising,…..

  9. Registration and Name Tags • Pre-K thru K • 1st and up • Name tags: • 100 Pre-K • 150 1st and up • 20 Teacher/Leader name tags • Laminate • 3 different colors

  10. Crafts • Pre-K through K • 1st and up • Shop • Create to teach theme • Budget • 100 Pre-K – K • 150 1st and up

  11. Snacks • Pre-K through K ONLY • Shop and purchase items • Reinforce Bible lesson • Enough for 100 snacks x 4 nights • See outline

  12. Meals • Need church to volunteer for Monday through Thursday (enough for 100-150 people) • Friday night – pizza party at Frontline

  13. Music • Lead music/worship for Pre-K thru K • Lead music/worship for 1st and up • Memorize motions • Organize team

  14. Bible Lessons • Pre-K – K – Joan Hager, Glenna Wile, and Dale Lutz • 1st – 6th – volunteer for one night, see folder • 7th – up – volunteer • Incorporate video for 1st through 6th

  15. Games • 1st and up ONLY • See folder • Shop and prepare for week • Lead each night • Outdoor/indoor
