  3. Research Partnerships We design and administer diagnostic surveys with partnering organizations, analyze the findings, and recommend a menu of improvements in organizational practices. We are dedicated to: Help our research partners increase employee productivity and satisfaction Advance the scientific understanding of good practices We draw upon and contribute to the most advanced knowledge in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. Our published research has led to over 350 studies by other researchers.
