  5. Your snack choices • What matters is how often & how much you snack

  6. Snack sizes • If you can hold it in your hand it’s a reasonable portion

  7. How often to snack Eat only one snack between meals

  9. Best choices- • Water • Milk • 100% juice • Fruit spritzer • Fruit smoothie

  10. 100% fruit juice 100% juice has natural fruit sugar. Doctors recommend limiting 100% fruit juice to a half cup for babies
