Tip 3 – Determine Your Key Players • Administration • Technology director • Instructional specialist or others to help tie technology and instruction on each campus • Teacher leaders • Determine strengths and put on teams • Grant funds manager • Others • Meet with each to ensure everyone is on same page and working towards like goals.
Tip 2 – Motivate & Involve Teachers • Staff development! • Pick leaders in various areas to become experts. • Allow leaders to help with staff development, encourage others, and create samples to share. • Communicate! • Develop a relationship and sense of support!
