Merchant POS Process Interested vendor needs to have a “Corporate Bank Account” with Alfalah Bank and provide authorized signatures Provide All Docs needed: AISA registration, any licensee, TAZKARA or Passport, corporate board member meeting report Vendor has to apply for POS by filling application form After bank approval; vendor signs the merchant agreement The Bank will configure the POS and provide Merchant Training POS Delivered! Note: Merchant registration time varies according to vendor documentation readiness

AISA Registration Process Provide Business Plan Fill forms, and submit to Dept. of Licensing at AISA (No Bank account is needed) Documents are circulated to relevant miniseries Including : Ministry of Justice, Central Registration Office and the Commercial Court AISA membership is granted and renewable annually Registration Fees: Capital Fees $5,000 - $10,000 $100 $10,000 – 1M $700 More than $1M $1000 Day 1 Day 10 Note: Registration takes between 7-10 days to be completed
