Lund, MATHEON Berlin, Fondazione per la Ricerca e l'Innovazione, AMIES France, ICM Warsaw • Failed due to low marks on the basis of not been interactive enough in the development, budget too small to achieve goals. • Many further talks with EU Officials followed.
