  1. NEW CITY…… STRONG COMMUNITY • The 2013 Light Up The Corners races will attract the competitive racer, the occasional runner, young children, families, seniors, and even “couch potatoes” with a planned Couch to 4 mile program based out of the YMCA. The goal of the event is to develop a strong sense of community pride, promote physical fitness and raise funds for the “Y IT MATTERS” campaign which will allow the YMCA to provide much-needed assistance and support to at-risk children and families in our community.

  2. Glow & Flow 4m and Twilight Trot 1k • When: May 4, 2013 • Where: All races will start and end at THE FORUM • Who: 1,500+ runners and walkers • “Y” IT MATTERS: • All your tax-deductible donations go to the charitable annual campaign of the Fowler YMCA – just one block away from The Forum. • When you sponsor this race, you invest in your community. When you give to the Y you make a meaningful difference, not just in individual’s lives, but in the health and well-being of our community. All proceeds stay within the Peachtree Corners community to help at-risk kids and struggling families participate in programs that help them to be successful in school and life. • Through adaptive aquatics for the disabled, pre- and after-school mentoring programs, elder care, teen-focused social responsibility courses, job training, and many other programs, you help children, adults, and families learn, grow and thrive. By giving people the resources to help themselves, you empower them to improve their lives and become assets to others and their community. • This race will become a tradition at THE FORUM that grows in popularity and presence every year and cements THE FORUM as the retail, business, and commercial center of our new city of Peachtree Corners!
