Objectives Overall Objective • To reduce the vulnerability, isolation and exclusion of persons with physical disabilities in Nepal Specific Objectives: • To ensure and optimise the accessibility and sustainability of quality physical rehabilitation services to persons with physical disabilities in different region of Nepal. Problems and Challenges • Coverage of All Person with Disability with limited Funds (Both Govt. and Donors) • Lack of Economic Empowerment of Person with Disability • Recognition of Trained P&O in ISPO Category-2 in India • Sustainability of the Existing Physical Rehabilitation Centers • Lack of System of Budget plan by Govt. in PR Sector • Lack of sensitization among the planner on PR Sector and disability NASPIR
