Aims of the Project • To improve the standards of lesson planning and delivery • To improve methods to embed EDI and differentiation in sessions • To demonstrate and promote the importance of EDI in the workplace and learning environment • To increase learner awareness of EDI through learning to promote equality and diversity, tackle stereotyping, bullying, harassment and discrimination

  6. By the end of this session you will be able to… • Identify the areas of the common inspection framework relating to EDI • Identify your own good practice around promoting and embedding EDI • Record how you are embedding EDI in your own subject area
