  2. “Going to school, learning a few things with textbooks and notebooks in the class, and returning back home, this is the only way we thought the school could ever be in. But today, the same textbook learning seems to be killing the emotional quotient and classroom activities. It has increased to a stage where workshop plans are being drafted to bring changes in the basic curriculum.

  3. But what is workshop? That’s where interactive learning plays its role. Different methods in teaching through workshops and interactive sessions increase a student’s will in learning as well. For good growth and nurturing in school, textbook learning are a thing of old-time and it’s important to have classroom activities and workshop plans as a part of the curriculum.

  4. Interactive learning over traditional forms • These lessons are fun and entertaining: Rather than basic and boring lessons, interactive forms of learning are much more entertaining and engaging. Everyone tends to have fun in these lessons and what they learn gets to their minds even quicker. Rather than traditional methods, teachers must go for these types.

  5. • It is a very flexible and adaptable model: This model consists of classroom activities, engaging learning, and attractive methods. When all these things come together, the teacher doesn’t have to spend a lot of time in classroom planning but in fact, good workshop plans work really well. Students adapt to this form of learning very easily and make it a part of their everyday routine more willingly.

  6. • Saves a lot of time for both teachers and students: Running behind the children for doing their homework, focusing in the class, and making them learn through traditional methods take a lot of time for teachers and students. This also tires them and leaves them for no good. With interactive learning, both teachers and students grasp faster and get used to it.

  7. So the next time you think at school what is workshop? Just think of it as a method of interactive learning. Workshop plans are made by schools to enhance basic classroom activities and build the students’ learning quotient. Interactive learning is way better and feasible in comparison to the traditional methods of learning.
