Consultation Based Approach Over 2000 people met face-to-face Two rounds of meetings in 14 Barangays (repeated) Exhibitions in Ayala, SM and City Hall Press releases Stakeholder meetings – government & non government PUJ industry meetings and focus groups with drivers/operators Web site & Facebook – integration with Social Media! Data collection includes: 7000 travel diaries 3000 surveys of PT users A BRT System designed for Cebu customers!
