Characteristics of a Good Presentation • Have one clear main point to the presentation and state it early like you would put the topic sentence at the beginning of a paragraph • Come up with an interesting beginning to get people’s attention • Stay in the subject. Don’t wander! • Use visual aides to illustrate your point

  4. Characteristics of a Good Presentation • Involve your audience by including an activity or asking them questions or giving them time to ask questions • If you are presenting in a group, give everyone a role • Speak clearly and look people in the eye • Have a clear and good ending in which you come back and restate your main point.
