Analysis of CLIC Crab Cavity with Manifold Damping and Boundary Conditions

This study investigates the performance of a single-cell CLIC crab cavity using H-H and E-H boundary conditions at a fixed phase of 120 degrees. It presents the frequency characteristics of the first eight modes within the cavity, evaluated across various GHz frequencies. The analysis focuses on manifold damping effects and coupling mechanisms in circular waveguides. Insights gained aim to enhance understanding of mode behavior in complex cavity systems, contributing to further research and simulation tasks for the CLIC project.
