Programs related to computers are considered to be Literary Works. ●Musical Works- Musical Works include musical compositions that can be already published or yet to be. ●Dramatic Works- Plays, pieces of recitation, any choreographed shows, and scripts are enlisted here. ●Artistic Works- Artistic works are works such as photography; graphics; paintings; drawings including a diagram, map, or chart; engravings including etchings, lithographs, etc. ●Cinematographic Works- The definition of a cinematographic work belongs to a cinematograph film or a visual recording along with its soundtrack. Therefore, these are the grounds where copyright law is available. The theme of joint authorship is a work created by a collaboration of two or more authors. How to apply for Copyrights? Applicant needs to file a XIV application form separately along with 6 hard copies and 3 soft copies of the work. Then followed by the signing and fees procedure, the applicant receives the diary number and has to wait for 30 days. The application will be registered if the officer doesn't accept any objection.
