Scope of Work • Supply, architect, implement and maintain a Malicious Code Solution for a period of three years • Implementation of the solution before 31 March 2014 • Virtualized Xen environment with Citrix as the application delivery mechanism • Regional distribution points at all regional offices, • Endpoint Protection (PC, Servers and Laptops), • Approximately 700 devices consisting of endpoints and servers; • Protection of unstructured data on servers (home and shared folders); • Exchange server scanner; • Mail Gateway; • Web Security Gateway; • Licensing, support and maintenance for 2200 users annually for three years with a provision of expansion; • Include hardware that will be required for the system: mail security gateway and Web security Gateway; • Migration of data from the existing solution (Configuration, controls and reporting); • Skills and Knowledge transfer to RAF employees during all phases (Plan, Build and Handover); • Formal certified training to two RAF employees. Training must also include the international certification exam
