  3. Vocabularies 1、装运时间（shipment date ） • 装运时间，又称装运期（date/time of shipment），是买卖合同的主要条件，如违反这一条件，买方有权撤销合同，并要求卖主赔其损失。

  4. 2、装运港和目的港 • 装运港（port of shipment）是指货物起始装运的港口。 • 目的港（port of destination）是指最终卸货的港口。

  5. 3、分批装运和转船 • 分批装运（partial shipment）是指一笔成交的货物，分若干批装运。 • 转船 transshipment

  6. 4、装运通知 • 装运通知（shipping advice）是在采用租船运输大宗进出口货物的情况下，在合同中加以约定的条款。规定这个条款的目的在于明确买卖双方责任，促使买卖双方互相合作，共同做好船货衔接工作。

  7. 5、装卸时间、装卸率和滞期、速遣条款 • a、装卸时间 装卸时间（lay time）是指允许完成装卸任务所约定的时间，它一般以天数或小时数来表示。

  8. b、装卸率 所谓装卸率(load/dispatch rate)，即指每日装卸货物的数量。装卸率的具体确定，一般应按照习惯的正常装卸速度，掌握实事求是的原则。装卸率的高低，关系到完成装卸任务的时间和运费水平，装卸率规定过高或过低都不合适。规定过高，完不成装卸任务，要承担滞期费（demurrage）的损失；反之规定过低，虽能提前完成装卸任务，可得到船方的速遣费（dispatch money），但船方会因装卸率低，船舶在地间长而增加运费，致使租船人得不偿失。因此，装卸率的规定应适当。

  9. c、滞期费和速遣费 （demurrage） （dispatch money） 如果在约定的允许装卸时间内未能将货物装卸完，致使船舶在港内停泊时间延长，给船方造成经济损失，则延迟期间的损失，应按约定每天若干金额补偿给船方，这项补偿金叫滞期费。反之，如按约定的装卸时间和装卸率，提前完装卸任务。使船方节省了船舶在港的费用开支，船方将其获取的利益的一部分给租船人作为奖励，叫速谴费。按惯例，速遣费一般为滞期费的一半。滞期费和速遣费通常约定为每天若干金额，不足一天，按比例计算。
