All About The Nodachi Sword

Cold and awesome. This is how sword enthusiasts describe the Nodachi sword. It is more than the average sword size. In fact it is very large and will require two hands to use. Nodachi swords has the same general appearance as that of a tachi. They also have the same design except in this case the Nodachi is significantly longer. Foot soldiers carry this sword during open field engagements. This weapon is not conducive to use indoors or at close quarters. Although this was a powerful weapon it has its limitations because it is more than a normal size sword.
