SNP@Promoter: A Database of Human SNPs within Putative Promoter Region

SNP@Promoter is a database that contains information on Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs) in the putative promoter region of the human genome. It provides a platform for biologists to find functional SNPs and predict their effects on gene function and disease association.
