  1. We will help you to Explore your Potential.

  2. Create and Refine your Employee Training Program and Achieve Great Results! An employee training program can only be successful if it has been created Properly. This proper creation requires some good effort and managing a lot of moving parts. The basic things to be emphasised upon are the strategy, concrete goals, and working towards developing a test-and-refine training model. These things can greatly improve your chances of success.

  3. Designing an Employee Training Plan Before you begin with designing a corporate training course, you must be able to answer three simple questions; Who will you train? What will you train them on? And how will you accomplish this? To be able to answer these questions, there are certain things that you need to keep a check on and track them.

  4. Assess the Managers An important step before starting with building an employee training program Is to assess what your managers are already training on. The need for this is that the managers might be taking training sessions at their level, of which you might not be a part of. If you skip with this step, you might end up creating a program for certain aspects that were already covered by the managers of the respective departments. This step sounds simple, but needs some good effort to be put in. This step would prove to be helpful in Employee Training Content Development.

  5. Create eLearning Strategy Having developed a list of all the areas on which you need to train in the first step, you now need to create a list of all of the people that are to be trained on areas discovered in the first list. This is necessary because a set of people would only be needing training in a particular area, while another set of people would be needing training in some other area. eLearning Strategies

  6. Create a Content Strategy Creating a content strategy would mean assessing your assets, i.e., the content you’ll need to train on each of the topics. If you do not have the content, you will need to purchase or create content to fill the gaps. Employee Training Content Developmentis a very important factor in deciding the success of your program. Standard training material might be easily available, but to design a successful content strategy, you'll need to make sure that the training activities are engaging and user friendly. An engaging and user friendly training program would interest the employees and won’t be a burden on them. When your employees are interested in the information available, they're more likely to learn and retain that information. Therefore, spending time on creating the right curriculum is the key.

  7. Hire a Professional A corporate training course could involve diverse subjects and areas to be trained Upon. Every department would have its own specific needs and based on those Needs, Its own specific training program. A professional trainer for each department or collectively for some departments would impart better training and would yield better results.

  8. Analyse Everything The best way to assess your training efforts is to measure andanalyse everything before and after the training. Everything from the groups to be trained to the content required for training should be thoroughly checked and reports should be prepared for the same. Every report should have a goal or purpose. For post-training analysis, create goals and a plan to measure against those goals. Measuring user experiences (through surveys), knowledge gained (through quizzes) and long-term results should be measured at the end of the training program to ascertain the outcome of the training.

  9. Refine To refine your training program, you'll need to analyse the post-training reports and learn from them. The user experiences measured in step 4 would be very beneficial to restructure your courses or redesign curriculum materials for future. You can also consult the concerned managers for their feedback to refine and restructure the future programs. There might be some aspects that could not be properly covered or were entirely left out in your current program. These aspects must be entered into the reports and must be taken into consideration for the future programs.
