Findings and Conclusions • Students in all schools have made positive gains in achievement • Intervention programs appear to be producing desired results • The achievement gap across the district has been reduced • The Growth Model indicates that a high percentage of students are experiencing real gains in learning • The investment in mathematics curriculum/textbooks is positively influencing student achievement • Focus on reading in the middle school appears to addressing identified areas of weakness • Analysis of instructional strategies in all content areas provides consistent course delivery and opportunities for intervention
