  2. Corporate Golf at The Dunes Since its creation in 1994 The Dunes Golf Links has quickly become one of Australia’s leading golfing venues. Set on a landscape of rolling fairways and undulating greens, The Dunes is links golf at it’s best.Ranked No. 14 in Australia’s Top 100 Golf Courses,* a corporate day at The Dunes will leave your clients with just the right impression. Our experienced staff can customise your corporate day to suit your specific needs and budget, while you get to enjoy the course and our famous hospitality. The course is available Tuesdays and Fridays for corporate events (other days by special arrangement only), with a minimum of 60 players required. Included in all our corporate golf days as standard: • Meet and greet – our concierge service will make sure your guests are received at the door and their golf bags taken care of. Shower rooms available with complimentary towels for after the round • Event management and logistics – we will take all the hassle out of the days events for you • Player briefing prior to play – one of our senior members of staff will run through the order of play and be on hand to answer any queries. • Complimentary range balls prior to play and access to short-game practice facilities – sharpen up before you hit the 1st tee by using our world-class practice areas • Scoring and results administered by us – we will look after the collation of all the days results and collect all nearest the pin & longest drive markers. • 18 holes of golf with motorised golf carts for all players – play the world-class Dunes course in the comfort of one of our Yamaha or EZ Go Golf carts. • Corporate signage erected – prior to play we will make sure all corporate signage supplied has been erected. • Complimentary course guide and tip sheet – for any of your guests who have not seen the course previously, our guides and tips will give all players that extra advantage. • Donated prizes totaling $200 – provide the winners with a Dunes memento on us. • Complimentary tea & coffee upon arrival – your guests can relax and unwind with a fresh cup of tea or maybe something stronger from our fully stocked bar (alcohol paid for on consumption) *source Australian Golf Digest 2010 All for $89 per person

Catering & Beverage Requirements We have a variety of food options open to corporate day clients, from delightful finger food platters to sumptuous sit-down meals, all received in our beautiful dining area overlooking the practice putting green. Our restaurant accommodates up to 120 people for seated dining. On-the-go lunch packs a salad roll, sports drink, chocolate bar and piece of fruit $15p.p Finger food platters tasty treats carried around to your guests for 2 hours after the round from $19p.p 2 course lunch or dinner sit down to a sensational 2 course meal in our restaurant either before or after your round from $28p.p 2 hr standard beverage package includes tap beer, house red & white wine and soft drinks $30p.p 2 hr premium beverage package includes crown lager, cascade premium light stubbies, “The Cups Estate” Shiraz and Chardonnay and soft drinks $60p.p

Typical Event Rundown Here is an example of how your day may pan out: A.M START 7am – Meet & Greet/ Registration/ Tea & Coffee 7:45am – Player Briefing & Players move to starting position 8am – Shotgun start 1pm – 2hr Beverage package begins 1:30pm – Finger food platters served 2:30pm – Presentations to winners 3pm - Beverage package concludes 3:30pm – Event concludes P.M.START 10:30am – Meet & Greet/ Registration/ Tea & Coffee 11:15am - Player Briefing & Players move to starting position 11:30am - Shotgun start 4:30pm - 2hr Beverage package begins 5pm – 2 course dinner served 6pm - Presentations to winners 6:30pm - Beverage package concludes 7pm – Event concludes

  7. Terms and Conditions Payment A deposit of $1,000 is required to secure your booking and must be made within10 working days of initial booking. The balance of the payment must be made within 10 working days of receiving final tax invoice. Dress Regulations Dress code for the golf course and clubhouse must be strictly adhered to. A collared shirt must be worn. No denim or tracksuit pants allowed on the course. Soft spikes must be worn in golf shoes (no metal spikes), however flat soled running shoes are permissible. Cancellations & Refunds If for whatever reason you need to cancel your golf day then the following applies: • If cancellation is more than 3 months before the event date your deposit will be refunded. • If cancellation is between 10 working days and 3months before your event your deposit will be refunded, less a $500 administration fee. • If cancellation is within 10 working days of event then no refund will be given. Function Times and Liquor Licensing The Dunes is a licensed premises. Only food and alcohol purchased on the premises can be consumed here. Function times are scheduled prior to your golf day. If the event extends beyond stated times a further hire charge may be invoked by The Dunes at the venue’s discretion. The Dunes does not accept any liability for lost/stolen belongings during the event. Note: Functions to finish no later than 11pm.
