LGInform Indicators • Percentage of household waste sent for reuse, recycling and composting – quarterly • Kg of residual waste per household – quarterly • Average number of working days lost due to sickness absence per FTE (full-time equivalent) employee (including schools) – quarterly • Average number of working days lost due to sickness absence per FTE (full-time equivalent) employee (excluding schools) – quarterly • Number of formal complaints received - quarterly (this is to be used as a numerator for the metric 'number of formal complaints received per 10,000 population'

Update from LGA Data Collection and Reporting • Simplified data collection process for those who have previously submitted data – link will be emailed directly • At the end of Q4 the LGA will produce two reports • One specially for Q4 • Combined Q1-Q4 summary report Access to the benchmarking club • Authorities that would like to join the benchmarking club – email lginform@local.gov.uk and request their benchmarking link

Next steps • Consult those who haven’t responded to LGInform who attend the network • Support the LGA in promoting the next phase of indicators on LGInform • Juliet Whitworth, LGA attending next EMC Improvement and Transformation Board meeting • Objective to raise the profile of LGInform with politicians • Is there anything that network members would like raised at this meeting? • Contact those authorities not engaged with the network previously updating them on LGInform
