  2. What is The Crimea crisis? The Crimea crisis is a conflicbetween Russia and Ukraine for the Crimean Peninsula. This península belonged to The Soviet Unionuntil 1991 and thenitbelonged to Ukraine

  3. When did this conflict begin? This conflict began in February of 2014, when Russia anexed the Crimean Peninsula to its country. This conflict is still causing problems until today.

  4. Whydoes this twocountrieswant the Crimean Peninsula? Russia and Ukraine want this peninsula because this is an strategical military war point.

  5. So lets back in the history… At the beginningthe Crimean Peninsula belonged to The Soviet Union. Then in 1991 Ukraine became an independent state. Russia gave Crimea to Ukraine, but later it began to claimed it. So, Crimea belongs to Russia and Ukraine is unhappy with that and they are preparing for fight.

  7. CONCLUSION In conclusion, we can say that this conflict is not a grave one, but with time it could become it. So we think that the solution would be the total appropriation of the lands from one of each countries.
