What if you could… Introducing Create a digital check list that can incorporate items from multiple surveys and forms Allow your managers to assign individual tasks and due dates to individual employees for completion Store your policy and procedure manual digitally Correlate your policies and procedures to individual questions from your surveys and forms Communicate with your managers about each item on your checklist and have all that communication stored with the corresponding items Receive email notifications and updates to keep you in the know

  3. Creating an AIM Plan is Simple with Sherlock - Select Your Survey, Date Range and Who Will be Responsible for Plan Execution

  4. Add a Title

  5. Select a Due Date

  6. Select Question to Add to your Plan

  7. If a Policy and Procedure is Present it will Auto- Populate

  8. Submit your Action Plan or Save it for Later

  9. Click the Link for Direct Access to the Plan Once Submitted, Your Managers will be Notified

  10. Managers see Each Item You Added to the Plan

  11. Add Instructions where no Policies or Procedures Exist

  12. Add Comments, Instructions, Clarifications etc.

  13. Managers Can Assign Specific Tasks to Employees with Individual Due Dates

  14. Check off Each Item as it is CompletedChange the Plan Status to Finished
