Efficient • Take inventory of abilities and resources • Clear the path of obstacles • Be consistent with our leadership from start to finish • Critical Question: • How much effort is misplaced on programs that lack purpose?

Effective • Do we have a realistic, purposeful goal? • Are our solutions functional and practical? • Critical Questions: • How can we track or quantify success? • What do you count?

Excellence • Others should see our ministries and testify of our faithfulness and discipleship • Our ministry should reflect God’s glory • Critical Question: • Do the efforts of everyone involved honor God?
