  5. Enthusiasm • Envisioning the end • Growing in Passion • Becoming contagious • Critical Question: • Do we work in the center of our joy?

  6. Energy • Prioritizing personal resources • Committing our efforts • Being honest about our service • Misplaced energy must be channeled. • Critical Question: • Do we bring first fruits or leftovers?

  7. Empowered • Connect to the source • Empower others • Critical Question: • What are we uniquely empowered to accomplish as a ministry?

  8. Efficient • Take inventory of abilities and resources • Clear the path of obstacles • Be consistent with our leadership from start to finish • Critical Question: • How much effort is misplaced on programs that lack purpose?

  9. Effective • Do we have a realistic, purposeful goal? • Are our solutions functional and practical? • Critical Questions: • How can we track or quantify success? • What do you count?

  10. Excellence • Others should see our ministries and testify of our faithfulness and discipleship • Our ministry should reflect God’s glory • Critical Question: • Do the efforts of everyone involved honor God?
