conclusion
Conclusion
  • New Oftel forecast makes co-location volume assumptions look sick.
  • Geographical detail required for further analysis.
  • Need commercial surround to Forecasting
  • Special ‘forecasting’ process to start as soon as:
    • Framework Contract + Plan & Build agreed; (by 30/06/00)
    • BT supplies MDF mapping data ( by 30/06/00)
    • Reward for early forecast must be “priority on delivery”.
