Rotate your right foot in an outward direction making 45 degrees angle. - Step two, take your right foot back to straighten your leg. - Bend your left knee but it doesn’t go past your left foot. - Now, extend your arms till shoulders height. Curling both hands into fists and keeping thumbs pointed in an upward direction. - Rotate the upper body to the left.
