If you begin with 10 minutes in complete silence as a beginner it’s a good start. 10 to 15 minutes of regular meditation once early morning and the other late in the evening seriously benefits the mental conditions of a person. Make sure your concentration level is good enough while you meditate and once your concentration breaks for some reason you can resume it or start again till you reach the saturation point. Make sure you don’t over exceed your limit. If you do that it won’t bring any benefit anyways.
